Lady Sidheag Maccon

Lady Sidheag Maccon (pronounced Shee-ak) is Alpha werewolf of the Kingair Pack and great-great-great-granddaughter of Lord Conall Maccon. The Kingair Pack’s home territory is in the highlands of Scotland

Sidheag is in her late thirties, but looks much older than that, and has a pronounced Scottish accent. She has been Alpha, human and werewolf, to the pack for the last 20 years, since Lord Maccon abandoned them following their betrayal of him.

She is a strict Alpha, and has traveled abroad with the pack to fight in campaigns in the Crimea, and Egypt. Sidheag petitioned Lord Maccon for 10 years for metamorphosis until he finally conceded last year.

She is strict and brusque, and whilst she observes the rules of polite society, she does not hold with any of it’s frivolities.

‘No, what’s a man like down there?’
‘Oh,’ Sidheag wrinkled her nose. ‘Unimpressive. They have -‘ she gestured towards her own nether regions with one hand- ‘a sort of dangly sausage – lacks tailoring.’
‘Really?’
‘Yes, like it wasn’t fitted into its casing properly. And hairy.’

“Sidheag, you think like a predator.’ The Lady of Kingair glowed in pleasure. ‘Thank you very much. What a nice thing to say.

She boasted the general battle-ax demeanor of an especially strict governess. This was the kind of woman who took her tea black, smoked cigars after midnight, played a mean game of cribbage, and kept a bevy of repulsive little dogs. Alexia liked her immediately.

Lady Kingair seemed incapable of multisyllabic sentences that were not crass or dictatorial in tone.
